According to the Customs Law of the Peoples Republic of China, the consignee of the imported goods and agent for customs declaration shall declare to the customs within 14 days from the date of declaration of entry by the tools of transport.
The consignee who transports the transfer cargo shall, within 14 days from the date of declaration of entry by the tools of transport, go to the local customs of entry place to make customs declaration, and the relevant goods shall arrive at the date of arrival within 14 days to make customs declaration
