Da Chan Bay Terminal ushered in the GCX route of the first vessel "HAMBURG BAY"

On November 28, 2017, Dachan Bay Terminal ushered in the successful berthing of the first vessel "HAMBURG BAY" on the new China Gulf Express GCX. In just two months, we have continuously welcomed two new routes that cover markets in Asia and the Middle East. The strategic location of Dachan Bay Terminal has become increasingly prominent.

The GCX service is operated jointly by GSL, KMTC, RCL, SML and TSL and sends a total of 6 vessels of approximately 5,000 - 6,500 TEU The ship is on this route.

The route connects emerging markets in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, covering part of the "Maritime Silk Road" to provide a competitive shipping time.

GCX beats Da Chan Bay Terminal on Sundays with the following ports: Da Chan Bay - Klang Port - Colombo - Karachi - Jebel Ali - Colombo - Klang Port - Singapore - Newport - Qingdao - Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Da Chan Bay.
