International express freight is how calculated?

International Express as a general 0.5Kg per billing unit of weight over 21kg with large cargo 1Kg as a billing unit of weight. Weight international express goods, led to the first 0.5Kg weight, each additional 0.5kg to a continued emphasis. Calculated by 0.5kg 0.5kg less. No more than the first weight 21kg per kg basis (except EMS, are calculated according to 0.5kg).

Volume weight: KG = length (CM) * W (CM) * height (CM) / 5000
