Sunny holded a Outward Bound activities on saturdays, most staffs attended this activitics. This training is intended to provide the arena where staff can be challenged in the same ways participants are challenged to step out of their comfort zone. For our company daily work, we will cooperate with colleagues more well.

Training one--Challenge the devil
Training one--Challenge the devil
Coach pretented the role of devil, then we challenge him one by one untill he think we are overcome ourself psychological barrier, everyone challenge him over and over again, but not sucessed, someone had give up, someone constantly try to pass, finally we all overcome our pyschological barrier.
Training two--Constantly renew team record
Four teams competed which team can finish three mission in shortest time, every team not only finish one time ,but also updated their record over and over.
Training three --Graduating Wall
The best difficult challenge is climp over graduating wall, whole company staffs need to cooperate with each other to climp over 4m wall without any tools, at the same time we can't speak any words
