The new rules are slightly different from the original ones, but the basic aims and intentions are similar: the packaging of goods must have a shipping mark and the marking must be displayed in all relevant documents.
Under Section 59, Chapter 3 of the New Thailand Customs Law, the rules of the "Mark" statement are consistent with Article 118, Article 2469 of the Customs Code of Old Thailand. All packages containing goods shall be accompanied by a logo and number All the documents related to such goods are marked with these symbols and numbers.
Therefore, please refer to the description of MOL provided by Bangkok Shipowners 'and Agencies' Associations, please refer to the following guidelines:
. The statement must be actual, as is the label or label on the package.
. If the mark is a picture, please indicate "picture" or "trademark".
. If the goods do not mark, please indicate "no marks" words.
Failure to comply with the above policies and guidelines is subject to a fine not exceeding THB 5,000 in accordance with the provisions of the Thai Customs Regulations (Chapter 9, Section 211) and the "Old Customs of Thailand" (be2469, Section 119).
