The United States Customs will start to investigate all the electricity supplier importer, back within 5 years engaged in electricity supplier import records to verify all the import declaration has no false, tax evasion problem of low prices has been illegal. All import tariffs must be based on the final declaration of Customs to determine the tax rate and real sales in the United States Price Declaration otherwise the importer and the related companies will be more than ten times the fine, serious will bear legal responsibility.
