Sunny Worldwide Logistics’s morning meeting is very  meaningful for us for it not only can exercise our bodies but also can broader our wisdom and knowledge. Moreover, Kelly’s share touched me this morning. What particularly impressed me was that Kelly suggested us making a plan before doing anything through a story  happening at old period, but rather to be a wiser after the event.

We have to make plans in advance no matter in work or in life so that we can make things done methodically. On the contrary, if it is not to do anything before things and just do whatever comes, we will find that we just run around in circles for all day. What’s worst, we have done nothing a day, which shows our work efficiency is extremely low. Therefore, it is very important to make plans before working through that we can know what to do next and how to do. If we all work with such a plan I believe that our effectiveness will be greatly improved.
